Most long-term rental shoots take approximately 45–60 minutes on site, depending on the size and layout of the property.

When will the images be delivered?
Finished photos, floor plans, and the Zillow 3D tour are typically delivered the next business day.

Do you work with occupied units?
Yes. Occupied units can be photographed as long as access is available and the space is reasonably ready at the time of the shoot.

What types of properties does this work best for?
This service is ideal for single-family rentals, townhomes, condos, and small multi-unit properties marketed as long-term rentals.

Is this intended for short-term or vacation rentals?
No. This package is designed specifically for long-term rental listings and is not intended for short-term or vacation rental marketing.  We offer separate packages for short-term and vacation rentals, which are typically fully furnished and require a different level of detail.
